Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Ribcage

I am a 45 year old female, normal to thin. I have a really sharp pain under my right rib cage right above my bellybutton. Have a history of ulcers, but zantac and gas x did not help. Eating soothed temporaril, but it is back and worse. Been going on 4-5 hours.
