Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Ribs Upon Movement After Falling

Hi I fell on ice and landed on my back. I was sure that at the very least I must have cracked a rib. first few days were hell. a sneeze was like being hit with a bat. heavy breathing would hurt or trying to clear my throat was painful. a week later I was feeling much better but still hurting. 2 weeks later the ribs in the back still hurt a little but now my ribs in front seem to be hurting more than when I first fell?
