Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain While Retracting Foreskin?

Hi Doctor, I m a 23 Year old male with a penile problem which I think would be classed as frenulum breve . I ve always had a decidedly short and tight frenulum, however after having a minor tear in it over 3 months ago, the frenulum has gotten distinctly shorter and causes excruciating pain when the foreskin is retracted even slightly. The foreskin has also tightened considerably and has even split in a number of places due to its over-tightening. The wounds have now all healed up apart from one, which has been with me for almost 2 weeks. I am planning on seeing a doctor in a couple of days for a physical examination of the problem, however I am just wondering please of you could perhaps give me some insight on this problem and what you believe would be the solution?
