Suggest Treatment For Severe Pains In Right Cerebellum And Back Of Neck

My mom hit my left forehead with a golf club at age 12. I am now 29 & have suffered from excruciating migraines only on the left side of my head. Iâ??ve had an MRI, but the neurologist canâ??t figure out why Iâ??m in pain since my brain looked healthy & normal.

Lately, Iâ??ve head intermittent, sharp pains in the right cerebellum or the location where the back of my neck on the right side meets the skull. It feels like little blasts or like the snap of a balloon or little explosions.

I have problems in the left side of my eye and have balance issues where I am constantly bumping into walls. Please help as to what this is & what I should do. Thanks!
