Suggest Treatment For Severe Pelvic Pain

Hi I have low pelvic pain not severe more like a burn or dragging feeling of a night it makes me feel as I want to keep going to pass water I have no water infection and have taken a course of Gyrablock . They are recommending I take Buscopan daily to relive spasm which I have started today but I thought that this medication was for IBS
