Suggest Treatment For Severe Pelvic Pain

I have been having pelvic pain for four days I took 3 home pregnancy test 2 were positive 1 was negative. I went to the ER and the did a blood and urine test and both were negative. They also did an ultrasound and found 2 cysts but no signs of being pregnant. Should I be worried that I am pregnant?
