Suggest Treatment For Severe Penis Pain

Hello, My pertner has had some severe pain. For the last 4 years he has always had a skin tag on the crown of his head(small- quarter of a 5 pense piece), over last two weeks when he touches it, catches it on a pillow etc it sends shooting pains down his whole body.

It has not changed colour or size. I am very worried can you assist
