Suggest Treatment For Severe Pimples

dear sir, for the past 1yr i have been suffering from pimples.though they are not so severe now but made a dark scars with small holes on my face .i have shown dermatalogist for 3 months but it got more severe and worse so i stopped all the medicine .so i want you please help me to remove my problem as soon as possible.my age is 25,male
