Suggest Treatment For Severe Psoriasis On Feet

I have a grandson who was working ...the business had to shut down and now my grandson can only find temporary work with no benefits. His joints and muscles in his feet are so bad with Psoriasis he cannot stand and it hurts him to walk any distance, also his whole body is broken out with Psoriasis. How can he get help to obtain Enbrel, Humira or Stelara? As a family we are just recently aware of his horrible outbreak and we do not know what to do. Of course he cannot afford insurance with no job. We are going to check in for Social Security Disability but what do we do till then? He suffers something awful. Any advice if you have it would be appreciated!
