Suggest Treatment For Severe Recurring Headache

My head has been hurting so bad lately in the back it feels as if my muscles have a heartbeat, its throbbing. I have always had headaches on a regular basis but about a week ago at the back botton left of my head it was extremely sore I could not sleep or anything. It lasted for about a week . I was okay for about a week until this morning I woke up and now the right side of my head feels the same exact way its extremely sore.. pleasee help I can barely stay focused
