Suggest Treatment For Severe Scalp Itch And Hair Loss

I HAVE BEEN HAVING SCALP PROBLEMS OFF AND ON FOR YEAR'S.Lately it has become severe... I have open sores from scratching and picking i've seen a number of dermatologist,they don't seem to know what it is.I seem to be loosing hair and afraid it will never heal and grow back,ive over the counter shampoos topical antibiotics as well as oral.... My question is what can i do to get rid of this? My whole head feels like it's on fire. i am really concerned i will go bald.
