Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain

I have recently found out i am pregnant roughly about 6 weeks gone. i have been to see my gp as i have been experiencing pains in my left sside and back i have also suffered from severe shoulder pain. she refered me to a and e in my nearby hospital where i was checked by a gyne doctor who done an internal but said everything was fine but i am still experiencing a sore side and back, tenderness in shoulder and sore breasts. i am concerned about ectopic pregancy ? Can you help me ?
