Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain

Dear Doctor, Since last night at 4am, i developed stomach pain that went on and off. At 6.30am i had a diarrhea. I went back to bed at 7.30am and the pain came back between every 15-30mins. I do not have vomiting. What could be the possible cause of this stomach pain? This is my first time having constant stomach pain. Thank you. Judy Liew
