Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Uneasiness And Sinus Headache

Not sure if I have a flu or my IBS (which I believe I have) is acting way up. Two nites ago had terrible stomach uneasiness - next day - body aches, sinus headache and just didn t want to eat because stomach uneasy. Today - most body aches gone, but still some minor headache - and eating anything just makes stomach uneasy. I m 59 year old man.
