Suggest Treatment For Severe Sunburn

hello,
i was climbing in the mountains in Peru this weekend and I got sunburned. Today i woke up to find my mouth and my face swollen and throughout the day it has gotten progressively worse. My skin also stings. I would like to know how long the swelling will last and how severe my problem is. The hospital gave me Mesolona Clobetasol cream and Deflazacort pills.
