Suggest Treatment For Severe Throat Infection And Pleurisy

hi, I suffered sudden onset and a sever throat infection a few weeks ago, treated with antibiotics, during the course I was diagnosed with pleurisy and the antibiotics changed so had a total of 10 days cover. now 2 weeks later my throat is becoming sore again but it often feels like its strained rather than sore almost like the sensation if you have been shouting in a noisy environment (e.g a night out in a club) any ideas, thanks
