Suggest Treatment For Severe Throat Pain And Difficulty In Swallowing

Age 64. Weight 100kg. Height. 176cm I have a severe throat pain & a little difficulty swallowing & a cold After 24 hours, I started althrocin 500mg, twice a day. However after two days there is no improvement, now I have a cough also and the cold is worse, some body ache also. Normally, when I take Althrocin, there is a reduction in severity after two days.
