Suggest Treatment For Severe Toe Pain

ok i have a very very bad toe problem! at first it was horrible pain and i got my friends mom who is a doctor to remove the ingrown nails outa each side of my big right toe. however its been 4 weeks and its still infected and hurts very bad what do i do?? im worried please help
