Suggest Treatment For Severe Vaginal Dryness

I have been on progesterone 100 mg and estradiol 1.5 mg for several months due to vaginal dryness. In addition, I am on levothxroxine due to hypothyroidism. I have been experiencing bloating, edma, slight weight gain and lower abdominal cramping (kind of like menstruation cramps). Is there another way to deal with vaginal dryness which is causing bleeding during intercourse? I am hoping that there is another prescription or treatment that does not cause the above mentioned side effects. Thank You for your time. Stacy
