Suggest Treatment For Severe Yeast Infection

I have had unprotected sex with someone, they said they were tested. I started taking birth control and a severe yeast infection developed. I noticed a cluster of tiney bumps closer on the inside near the bottom of my vagina and tried popping one to see if they would disappear but they bleed a little and have no other break out anywhere else my vagina and was wondering what are the types of things it could be?
