Suggest Treatment For Sharp Abdominal Pain

hi im 14 and a female , i was at the hospital 1 week ago for horrible abdominal pains on my lower left and right side. the pain moved up and is now in the middle up top. it is a sharp pain and really hurts. ive taken advil gel tablets they havent helped at all. what could this be? should i go to the hospital?
