Suggest Treatment For Sharp Head Ache And Ear Pain

I get sharp, stabbing pain in the left side of my head and sometimes down to my ear and even now the top of my neck while I am flying. It feels like my head is going to explode and I can't stand it to the point where it makes me not want to fly anymore. What is the problem and what should I do for it?
