Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Abdomen Post Partial Hysterectomy

Ever since my partial hysterectomy three years ago I ve had sharp pains in my abdomen any time I do anything moderately stressful (even just doing dishes or vacuuming) or sitting, especially on harder seats. We thought it was ovarian cysts and removed my right ovary. The pain stopped on the right side, but is now in the left. The doctor had seen similar things happen to the left ovary (ie. Scar tissue and cysts forming)... Before having that one removed I decided to get another opinion and both Drs I went to didn t think it was my cysts causing trouble. They want me to go to a GI doctor, but I ve already had a colonoscopy and there was nothing there ( I have been hospitalized for diverticulitis ...right after my hysterectomy). And what s worse is that now when they do ultrasounds they can t even see my ovary because they think my colon is coveting it. The dr said the only way to see what s going on is to cut me open, yet she still isn t convinced it s an ovary issue. I really think it is my ovary (why would the pain stop on the right side after the removal of that cyst otherwise?). Either way, I m really not keen on the idea of bring cut open again, but I also can t live with this pain anymore.
