Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Head After Coughing

Hi Doc, I have a sharp ache in the top left part of my head, I only remember it is their when I cough and sometimes when I bend down. I do not know if this is related but just recently I get blurry vision, predominantly in my left eye and it lasts for 10 to 15 mins. this seriously effects my peripheral vision aswell. Any ideas?
