Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In My Upper Right Abdomen And Subtle Nausea After Over-drinking For Months

I have admittedly been over-drinking the past few months (and the past couple years of the pandemic in general.) today I experienced sharp pain on my upper right abdomen just below my rib cage as well as subtle nausea (although I haven’t drank in a couple days.) I’m worries this might concern my liver. What should I do?
