Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Penis With Crusty Discharge

Last night at about 2 in the morning I was brought out of sleep with a very intense sharp pain in my penis. It was pulsing in and out with alot of painful intense peaks every second for about an hour. I went and urinated but it didn't help. I then thought that trying to ejaculate may help so I did but it took me alot longer to get erect and then cum? After ejaculating the pain subsided. This morning about six hours later I went to urinate and the flow started, then was blocked then continued to flow again.
