Suggest Treatment For Shingles And Bronchitis

I was diagnosed with shingles and bronchitis a few weeks ago, given meds and came home to Montana. The cough keeps going the shingles are gone but now my larnyn is sore to touch and hurts. my throat is not sore i do not feel well. very little energy. slept all day today.
