Suggest Treatment For Shingles And Sweating

Hi, I have shingles and I'm currently on medication 4.000mgs of Aciclovir tabs (800mg in one tablet QID 6/10/2/6/10/) plus panadeine forte for pain PRN. I have a small area left side of my stomach which already has blistered but not broken and I keep them covered all the time. My treating GP has given me three days off work and I work in a hospital environment. Will my work colleagues catch the varicella zoster virus from me ? I had chicken pox as a child and understand that 'shingles ' is a form of adult chicken pox. However, I don't have a strong headache anymore but still have some sweating.Please Advise?
