Suggest Treatment For Shooting Pain In Rectum

Hi, Since having my 2 year old boy, whilst on a period have been suffering some considerable pain whilst trying to poo. Alot of the time during this time i am unable too. I also get shooting pains up my rectum. This has slowly got worse and I am now really struggling with the pain. Can you advise ?? Many Thanks
