Suggest Treatment For Short Temperedness In A Person

I have anger issues me and my gf had a fight but she continues to put it in my face and i tell her too stop because i know i have problems but she continues and and continues until i explode but i dont want to i go black and i hit a table that had a decoration from her aunt that just died it fell and broke and now its even worst between us i love her i just cant control my patience and anger i had a terrible child history and because of it im paying badly i reuin everything and i hate myself for it
