Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath, Sinus Infection And Soreness Near Ribs

I have had some breathing trouble for three weeks now. It was right about when the weather changed. I have had a chest xray, EKG, antibiotics for a sinus infection, and am taking allergy meds. I still cannot get a deep breath in without coughing. Also, the point where my ribs meet is sore and I feel like the shortness of breath is coming from there. I have a call back into my ent, but I just don t know what to do.
