Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath With White Spots In Throat

Hey there i am a 22 year old female and i find it sort of difficult to breath and i have a bit of a cold. I have white spots on the back of my throat and sometimes its dry other times its flemy. My stomach gets a bit quizzy during certain parts of the day. How can i make it better? What do u think it is?????
