Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath

Had sinusitis that lingered for 3-4 weeks that caused my asthsma to get effected after 5 yrs of no asthsma symptom. And allergies are bad so it made me cough. I take asmanax each night. I called my dr My dr put me on 9 days of prednisone (3 days at 30 mg, 3 at 20 , 3 at 10). The cough is better but I still feel a bit of shortness of breath. Also taking G half of Allegra each day. I am not at home . I am on vacation in FL for two more weeks. What would you suggest? I am able to walk and swim and do all regular activities. I m. 68 and in good shape. No other problems.
