Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain And Tingling In Fingers

Hi, I m waiting for an appointment to have nerve condition test done to rule out trapped radial nerve in my right arm. I had tennis elbow release over a rear ago but the pain in my arm has got much worse, I never get a full nights sleep and the pain radiates right up into the top of my shoulder. My job doesn t help as I m using the computer and mouse and I glaze spectacles using small screwdrivers, I take Naproxen and paracetamol as prescribed but nothing takes the pain away. I do the eccentric stretches but they make my fingers tingle. I ve read that tho operation hasn t got high success rates and as the tennis elbow one was disappointing I m very wary . Any clues?
