Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

im sufferring from shoulder pain, both the shoulders, but pain is more in right shoulder. i work as computer person in any instution. it is very difficult for me to do typing work even the daily chores are becoming difficult. please suggest me some exercises or home remedies.
