Suggest Treatment For Shut Right Eye, Droopy Cheek And Impaired Speech After Stroke

My mother is 89 years old. 4 weeks ago she suffered a small stroke which started in the cartrid artery , broke into several pieces into her brain. Affected were only her right eye was shut for 2 days , her right cheek was droopy and her speech was impaired . My question is this, since last Sunday she has a head cold of which she said that her vision isn't what it was when she came home . Can the effects of a small stroke impair her vision. she can only see in front of her but not on the side unless she searches. I have noticed her pupil in her left eye is large, and the right pupil is normal size.
