Suggest Treatment For Sickness And Stomach Pain During Pregnancy

Hi I m 6 weeks pregnant I m constipated getting really bad tummy pains can t sleep feel sick been to the doctors 3 times they don t realky do much got some paradoc but nothing is working had a ultrasound at hospital and it s in the right spot think I m just really constipated the pain is getting too much and it s been 3 weeks on and off all day night please help thanks Leanne
