Suggest Treatment For Significant Inflammatory Tissue Reaction And Mild Fluid Collection In PoD Despite Treatment For Two Months

I went for scan, only found issues was this: there is a significant inflammatory tissue reaction in both adnexae and in the pouch of Douglas causing poor interface between pelvic organs. There is also mild free fluid collection in the pouch of Douglas. I ve tried taking in for two months now and it isn t working. Please what should I do
