Suggest Treatment For Silky Patches On Body With Wards On Scalp

Doc i realy need help ,my hubby has a serious complications of the skin , we have been in different doctors so we ask for the dermatologist in johannesburg,so he has wards on the scalp of his head and around his body there are silky patches and this is realy causing him stress and now his losing weight badly . we are asking for contacts of the dematologist ,we are staying in botswana but am working in Lesotho .
