Suggest Treatment For Sinus And Ear Infection

Two physicians have told me that I have a sinus and ear infection - I have taken my antibiotics for the full 10 days. The pain in my right ear is still extremely painful. to the point it woke me up last night in tears. I am starting to get a headache from this. I am taking advil every 4 hours which helps. I am finding my face is starting to hurt around my ear and I'm starting to feel dizzy.
