Suggest Treatment For Sinus And Inner Ear Infection

i have not seen a doctor and am flying in 2 days on a 3 hour flight and have a sinus or inner ear infection i think i have nearly taken a week course of amoxicilion which has done nothing, i feel pressure on my ear drums now like im already in a airplane, my ears are ringing and get slight patches of ear ache here and there. do you think i should fly in two days?
