Suggest Treatment For Sinus Congestion And Pulsatile Tinnitus

Hi I had a tickle cough and stiff neck and shoulders. Crunched a lot. Got antibiotics completed course. Cough went. Nose and sinus on left side feels blocked like something inside. Left ear started pulsating to my heartbeat 24/7 . Blood pressure normal. My ears crack when I blow my nose but still pulsating. I heard a sound like mosquito close to hear that has pulse when this first started. Bottom of skull was tender to begin with felt bruised to touch. Not as bad now though.i had pain in top of head and over pulsating ear but now that's seems to have gone.
I was given beaconase but after 2 days using has made me breathless and nose even worse. I'm asthmatic.
Any ideas please.. Thank you
