Suggest Treatment For Sinus Congestion

Hello,

I had a cold over 3 weeks ago now I have a constant sinus congestion. I was given Amoxcilin I have taken now for 3 days but the symptoms have not improved. The strange thing is that when I walk or move the sinus congestion improves? Why would this be and should I consult a doctor again? Thks.
