Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Blocked Sinus

Hi, I ve been suffering from constant sinus problems for a number of years. Now I know the problem I haven t had a sinus infection for ages. But I still need to be careful. I use a sinus rinse for example. There has to be a trigger that s causing this, why my sinuses keep getting blocked. Can you advise on what it could be? I never had this issue at all until 3 years ago and so can t understand it.
