Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Bronchitis

I was diagnosed with a sinus infect 3 weeks ago. A week later I was still coughing so I was diagnosed with Bronchitis. Sunday I felt tired, weak, and dizzy. I had a 101 temperature. I went back to doctor and she gave me another steriod shot, and antibiotic shot, and a z-pack. Today my temp was 99. I have coughed all day. I can feel my chest rattling. Every time I talk, I cough. I went for a chest x-ray, but don t have results yet. Could this be more than bronchitis. I m allergic to the whooping cough vaccine. That scares me.
