Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Cough

I have had a virus which started in my throat, and then became an infection of the sinus'. Since my sinus became infected and I have a bad cough as well, every time I cough I get severe head pains. These go after about 5 minutes, but return every time I cough.
