Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Ruptured Eardrum With Yellow Discharge

I had a chronic sinus infection and cough that lasted for about 3 weeks. It started to resolve and after about a week it began to return. About that same time my right eardrum ruptured and now it is producing a bright yellow discharge. I am currently on day 4 of my Z-Pak. Should I go back to my doctor or just finish my antibiotics and wait?
