Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Tinnitus

History -- in Fall 2014 had periodic headaches and acid reflux. In January got cold...didn t go away and ears and throat felt congested. PCP said sinus infection. Took antiobiotics and helped but choking feeling in throat (most often lump in throat feeling but sometimes feels like being choked), ear pressure and ear pain (most on right side but both ears can be affected), and tinnitus not gone. Two ENTs later and one CT scan of sinuses showing normal sinuses don t know what to do. ENT didn t do neck CT as didn t believe it was that. Endo does not believe it s thyroid based on blood work, physical exam and 2 small nodules. ENT said unlikely inner ear problem. Going back to PCP tomorrow but any other thoughts would be welcome as to what to consider. Maddening symptoms for 3 months and need any help I can get.
