Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Wheezing

I have not been feeling well for over a week. I had a sinus infection and had stopped taking my nexium due to cost. They switched my medicine to protonix to help with the cost, but I still feel horrible. The blisters in my mouth are pretty much gone, but the boating in my stomach is horrible. I have never felt this bad in my stomach before. There is so much pressure, it is pushing into my upper rib cage and I feel as if I am wheezing with every breath. Makes me feel like I want to cough. I still am sleeping propped up and have already went through 1 round of anti biotics for the sinus infection. My ribs also feel a little sore. Not sure what else to do.
