Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection, Weakness And Tiredness

Hello Doctor , I am an older man 80 years old . Have been ill for 3 weeks Have a sinus infection and very weak , tired out no feavor.I did have a flu shot but they say it was not the correct one for thi year. X firefighter Bad chest and have a lot of mucus. I have had antie Bs twice but still fighting what ever it is . Is there anything i can do other than just resying. I was in contact with some people that very bad colds. Thank you , Stan
